Poetic response to "The Metaphor" by Budge Wilson
I miss your unadorned pretty face
I miss your beautiful deeply modulated voice
I miss your interesting English class
It is you, made me love literature
It is you, always praise me
But it is me, betrayed you
I am so sorry and I miss you so much, please forgive me
I would love to use metaphor in my notebook
But I can't read it to you
You were the blossom in spring
Only those with great sensitivity of smell could feel the fragrance
I wish that the spring wasn't over
effective use of repetition! good work
